Quality reflects character, and service is a promise. In line with Hisense Group's globalization strategy, two laser customer service centers of Hyperline, a Hisense subsidiary, were recently completed and put into operation : the Shenzhen Customer Service Center and the Vietnam Customer Service Center officially began operating in October, marking a solid step forward in Hyperline's localized service system for laser customers worldwide.

The Vietnam Customer Service Center is the first overseas cornerstone of Hyperline's global service layout. After three months of careful preparation — covering site construction, tooling commissioning, spare-parts stockpiling and engineer training — the center officially began accepting laser maintenance business in October. Located in the industrial zone of Nhon Trach District, Dong Nai Province, Vietnam — a core industrial and logistics hub of southern Vietnam, the center benefits from a mature industrial park that gathers electronics, machinery, chemicals, logistics and other industries, with a location advantage radiating across Southeast Asia. Practicing Hisense's "Local for Local" philosophy, the center stays close to Southeast Asian customers' plants, shortens maintenance chains, reduces cross-border turnaround cycles, and provides regional customers with stable and predictable after-sales support under original-factory standards and unified processes. This launch is an important starting point of Hyperline's overseas service layout; regional service stations will continue to be built as planned, bringing standardized, high-quality service to customers worldwide.

The first domestic customer service center is located in the South China hub — Shenzhen Laser Valley, Xinyu Road, Bao'an District, Shenzhen. Addressing customers' acute concern over production-line downtime, the center pre-positions spare-parts inventory, establishes closed-loop logistics, and implements a standardized repair process, achieving a 24-hour closed-loop, two-way logistics delivery from fault acceptance to repaired laser return — with quantifiable response times safeguarding the stable operation of customer production lines.

Lasers are precision optoelectronic devices, and stable service throughout their life cycle is an essential part of product value. From the South China hub at home to the Southeast Asian frontier abroad, the simultaneous launch of these two stations is a concrete practice of Hyperline's 11216 Premium Service System. Backed by Hisense's mature quality control system, Hyperline will continue to improve the skeleton of its global service network, building a service system that integrates spare-parts warehousing and distribution, on-site support, remote diagnosis and rapid repair — with unified standards, controllable response and traceable service — and supporting the steady operation and long-term development of laser processing customers at home and abroad through solid localized service.
