Empowering Laser Manufacturing, Rooted on the Industrial Frontline | Hyperline Showcases Its Full Range of Laser Solutions at CIIF
On October 12, the highly anticipated China International Industry Fair (CIIF) opened at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai. Leading laser manufacturer Hyperline brought its three major fiber laser series — Lightning, Thunder and Ventus — along with blue-light and ultrafast lasers to Hall 2.1, showcasing a complete suite of laser manufacturing solutions for handheld laser welding, high-speed thin-sheet cutting, heavy-duty thick-plate processing and precision special processing, tackling industrial pain points with core technology innovation.
Hyperline fiber lasers on display covered three product series — the Lightning series (500W-6000W), the Thunder series (12kW-200kW) and the Ventus series (300W-1500W) — providing systematic solutions for handheld laser welding, laser cutting, additive manufacturing and other fields.
Lightning PLUS | Lightweight High-Energy Beam, Setting the Benchmark for Thin-Sheet Processing Efficiency
The thin-sheet cutting market is Hyperline's long-cultivated home ground. The Lightning PLUS fiber laser on display, built on TCT chip-integration technology, delivers stronger processing performance in a compact footprint. Taking the 3kW model as an example, it achieves 34μm core-diameter output with beam quality of M²<2.5 and power density twice that of conventional lasers. The performance gains translate directly into production-line returns: cutting speeds of up to 60 m/min on 1mm stainless steel and over 40% improvement in overall thin-sheet cutting efficiency; combined with second-level piercing capability, it dramatically reduces piercing waiting time, helping customers increase overall line capacity by 30%-50% and shorten order delivery cycles.
When processing highly reflective materials such as copper, aluminum and brass, the Lightning PLUS relies on a four-layer protection mechanism — stripping, isolation, monitoring and shutdown — to guard against back-reflection risks at the source of the optical path, making high-reflectivity material processing more stable and ensuring continuous, stable production of high-volume sheet-metal lines. Moreover, its fast cutting speed and clean cut surfaces greatly reduce secondary grinding work, making it well suited to continuous operation on high-volume sheet production lines.
Thunder PRO Fiber Laser: High-Power Stable Output for High-End Thick-Plate Manufacturing
The Thunder series of high-power lasers is Hyperline's flagship product line for thick-plate processing, covering 12kW-200kW and focusing on (ultra-)thick-plate cutting scenarios. Designed from the outset for the industrial frontline, the series prioritizes long-duration continuous processing stability, solving the traditional pain points of low thick-plate cutting efficiency and rough cut surfaces. With stable high-power beam output, it achieves more vertical and flatter cuts, reducing subsequent machining work, and is suited to high-end manufacturing fields such as new-energy equipment welding, ship thick-plate cutting and aerospace, supporting the upgrading of China's high-end equipment industry.
Ventus Series | Air-Cooled Integrated Solution, Building the Foundation for Low-Power Precision Processing
The Ventus series is Hyperline's air-cooled all-fiber laser line (300W-1500W) for the medium-and-low-power precision processing market, offering lightweight design, maintenance-free operation and high cost-effectiveness. Primarily targeting precision laser welding and handheld laser welding needs, it can process carbon steel, stainless steel and many other materials, and is widely applicable to light-industry hardware, small new-energy parts, precision components and other scenarios.
At this year's CIIF, Hyperline also presented 500W/1000W single-mode lasers for metal 3D printing, an annular-beam laser dedicated to new-energy welding, the blue-light laser series, and ultrafast picosecond and femtosecond lasers — fully demonstrating the company's R&D and industrialization capabilities in diverse light sources for additive manufacturing, power-battery precision welding and micro-nano ultra-precision processing.
The light source is the core foundation of laser manufacturing. Hyperline has always insisted on technological innovation and staying rooted in industrial scenarios — pursuing not just breakthroughs in single light-source parameters, but a full-power, multi-technology product matrix that directly addresses the diverse process challenges of manufacturing. Hyperline will continue to refine its underlying light-source capabilities, empowering industrial quality and efficiency improvements together with partners through stable and reliable domestically developed laser solutions.
