On June 24, Hisense held the unveiling ceremony for Hyperline in Tianjin. This marks an important milestone in the development of Hisense's laser business and a key strategic move to advance vertical integration along the laser industry chain. Taking this as an opportunity, Hisense's laser business will accelerate its extension from consumer-grade display to industrial-grade high-end manufacturing, precisely targeting three high-growth tracks: diode lasers, fiber lasers, and ultrafast lasers. Going forward, Hisense will focus on key areas such as laser display, laser processing, laser light sources, and core components, accelerate the expansion of industrial application boundaries, and continue to strengthen its influence and voice in the global laser industry value chain.

Laser technology has become a critical battleground in global high-end manufacturing competition. The Outline of the 15th Five-Year Plan explicitly calls for "elevating the level of the optoelectronic device industry" and lists it as a supporting pillar of the core digital economy industries. Laser manufacturing is a core field of the optoelectronics industry and an important lever for advancing new industrialization and developing new quality productive forces. The laser business is one of Hisense's "1+5" core business segments. After nearly two decades of dedicated cultivation, Hisense laser TV has ranked first worldwide in global shipment share for seven consecutive years and has long held the technological high ground in tri-color laser display.

Building on its deep expertise in laser display, Hisense has established Hyperline, formally advancing into the upstream of the laser industry and a broader landscape. The company will focus on the R&D and manufacturing of laser sources, proactively laying out frontier technology routes such as high power, narrow linewidth, and ultrashort pulses, while deeply integrating intelligent manufacturing with AI-based optical control to build vertically integrated capabilities spanning from core components to complete equipment. This move will accelerate the development of diverse application scenarios including healthcare, intelligent manufacturing, energy pumping, sensing and detection, and even commercial aerospace, opening a new growth pole for Hisense's laser business.

As a result, Hisense has become the only company in China covering all three major application fields at the same time: laser display, laser processing, and light sources and core components. Looking ahead, Hisense will fully leverage its combined strengths in products, technology, and channels to accelerate technology iteration and product innovation, lead the industry's continued leap toward high-end and intelligent development, and inject stronger momentum into the global laser industry.

Wu Faming, President of the Laser Business Division of Hisense Group and General Manager of Hyperline; Zhang Xiancheng, General Manager of the Fund Company of Hisense Group; relevant officials from the Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone; and upstream and downstream industry partners attended the event.
